Made out of acrylic, so please do not hit on hard surfaces.

We do not issue refunds for custom products. We also do not issue refunds for late delivery of postal service customer selects at checkout. Unfortunately, that is out of our hands and has no reflection on the work from our shop.

PROCESSING TIME
Our shop processing time varies by item, but can be found on each product listing (we make sure that this is kept up to date). We are often able to send out orders quicker than the processing time listed, but we never ship them out late.

SHIPPING
All orders include a tracking number. We use USPS for shipping services. Their average delivery time is 6-13 business days for standard delivery, but can be longer during peak seasons. If you need your order to arrive quicker, shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
