HOW TO ORDER

2. Choose between the badge buddy (goes behind ID card) or the badge reel. Like them both? Order the set. If you choose just a badge buddy, then it does not come with the badge reel hardware. Only the piece of acrylic piece will be made and shipped.
3. Add personalization.
4. Check-out and wait 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

DETAILS
- Laser-cut out of 1/8 inch, high quality acrylic. Each layer is 1/8 inches.
- Badge reel is attached to an alligator swivel clip.
- Tags are props, not toys. Keep out of mouth
- Made out of acrylic, so please do not hit on hard surfaces.
- Do not place in dishwasher. Lightly hand wash.
- We do not accept any refunds or exchanges on personalized orders.

PROCESSING TIME
Our shop processing time varies by item, but can be found on each product listing (we make sure that this is kept up to date). We are often able to send out orders quicker than the processing time listed, but we never ship them out late.

SHIPPING
All orders include a tracking number. We use USPS for shipping services. Their average delivery time is 6-13 business days for standard delivery, but can be longer during peak seasons. If you need your order to arrive quicker, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Times given by USPS are ESTIMATED times. I am not responsible or can refund an order when an order arrives late by USPS.
